Rock from a pool excavation recycled into a random-boulder feature wall, softened by advanced palms and exotic planting.
This job is one of Pat's favourites. It started with a pool excavation at the front of the house, which left a huge pile of stone in all shapes and sizes.
Rather than cart it away, the team used that stone to build a feature wall that dresses up the pool perimeter with a random-boulder look. We then designed the surrounding gardens to soften the stone work, bringing it to life with super-advanced palms trucked in from Queensland and smaller exotic plants, a garden that, like a fine wine, only gets better with age.
